Keebler Graham Cracker Pie Crust
3 Eggs; separated
1 14-oz can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 teaspoon Lime peel; grated
1/3 cup Lime Juice; (2 limes)
Whipped Topping; for garnish
Food Coloring; (Green, Optional)

Original recipe makes 6



In large bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form; set aside. In small bowl, beat egg yolks; mix in sweetened condensed milk. Gradually add lime peel and juice. Stir to combine well. Fold mixture into egg whites. Pour into crust. Freeze 3 hours. Let stand 15 minutes at room temperature before serving. Serve with green tinted whipped topping.
