1. Boil chicken for 20 minutes.
2. Shred chicken into bite-size pieces or chop finely.
3. Toss chicken with Mexican seasoning and lime juice.
4. Fill taco shells with chicen and lettuce. Top with sour cream, green onions, cilantro or any other garnishes.
Make a taco salad by serving the chicken over lettuce instead of in a taco shell.
