Seafood main dish.
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Blend mustard, honey and butter in a small bowl (set aside).
Mix bread crumbs, nuts and parsley in small bowl. (set aside).
Season fish w/salt & pepper.
Place on non-stick or spray coated baking sheet or broiler pan.
Brush fish with mustard mix.
Pat bread crumb mix over fish.
Bake for 10 minutes per inch of thickness.
