1 lb hamburger; extra lean
1/2 cup Brown sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce; (a little less than 1/4)
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
1/2 tsp Fresh ginger
3 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp chili flakes
bunch Green onions

Original recipe makes 6 Servings



Brown hamburger with garlic and sesame oil.

Drain fat

Add brown sugar, soys, ginger, salt and pepper to taste

Add green onions to top when done

1st off I used 1lbof steak instead of ground beef .I also did a 1/4 tsp of ginger instead of fresh. This all came out great and will be making again. One last change was that I used a fried rice instead of whit rice
