Fine dining
Preheat oven to 350* F
On stove, brown the meat in a little bit of olive oil in an oven-safe pan. Remove meat from pan.
Add butter & olive oil to pan, add curry powder, cook gently for a minute or two. Add onions and cook for 5 minutes.
Add garlic last minute, return meat to the pan.
Add sliced lemon, raisins, chicken broth, salt, pepper. Put pan in oven & cook for 1 1/2 hours.
In the last 30 minutes, remove from oven and put in potaotes. Return to oven.
(Add a little more chicken broth if it seems dry)
