NZ Dinner Party 2009.
1) Preheat oven to 160 C.
2) Heat oil in a frying pan and seal lamb on all sides.
3) Transfer lamb to a baking dish and pace in oven for 15-20 minutes. Remove, cover in foil to keep warm.
4) Add red wine and demi glaze to frying pan, heat and reduce to the consistency of a thick sauce.
5) Add ginger and simmer for 10 minutes. Add honey and seasoning.
6) Strain.
