Boil chicken livers in water in wok until done, then slice into thin slices. Toss pork, livers, bread crumbs, ground chile, shallots, green onion & cilantro in a bowl. Season with fish sauce & lime juice. Serve over lettuce leaves & garnish with mint leaves. Nut.
