Boil water for noodles, cook according to package. Drain and cool
Brown beef and sausage
Add garlic, tomato products and seasonings. Let simmer
In a 9X12 pan, layer sauce on bottom, top with noodles, cottage cheese, swiss cheese and then sauce. Complete with a layer of noodles and sauce on top.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes
