Brown meat. Add tomatoes and spices. Simmer together for 30 minutes. Cook lasagna noodles. Combine cottage cheese, Parmesan, Parsley eggs and pepper in separate bowl. Layer in a large glass pan - noodles, cottage cheese mixture, mozzarella, meat mixture and repeat. Bake at 370 degrees for 1 hour.
