lasagna...simple and always a family favorite
preheat oven to 375
pray a square deep dish - preferably 3" deep
beat eggs, stir in ricotta and Parmesan
spread 1/2 cup sauce on bottom of dish
layer 2 uncooked sheets, 1/3 of ricotta mixture, 1/2 of the browned meat, 1/2 cup mozzarella and 1/2 cup sauce
layer 2 uncooked sheets, 1/3 of ricotta mixture, and 3/4 cup sauce
layer 2 uncooked sheets, 1/3 of ricotta mixture, 1/2 of the browned meat, and 1/2 cup sauce
layer 2 uncooked sheets, the remaining sauce, and remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella.
Bake covered until bubbly, 50 - 60 minutes. Uncover and continue cooking until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
Let stand 15 minutes before cutting.
