Suggest a better descriptionBrown meat slowly, spoon off excess fat.
Add garlic, 1T parsley flakes, basil, 1-1/2 t salt, tomatoes and tomato paste.
Simmer, uncovered 30 minutes stirring occasionally.
Cook noodles, drain and rinse in cold water.
Combine ricotta cheese, eggs, 1 t salt, 1/2 t pepper, 2 T parsley flakes and parmesan cheese.
Place 1/2 of the noodles in a 9 x 13 pan, spread 1/2 of the ricotta cheese mixture over, then 1 bag of cheese and 1/2 the provolone cheese. Cover with 1/2 the meat sauce. Repeat.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
