Suggest a better descriptionBrown Beef and garlic, drain, add tomatoes, break up with fork. Add sauce, 2 TBS parsley, sugar, 1 TSP salt and Basil. Bring to a boil. Decrease heat, simmer uncovered 1 hour. Preheat 350. In a bowl- mix together mozzarella, 1/2 cup parmesean, 1 TBS parsley, 1 1/2 TSP salt and Oregano. In an ungreased baking pan- Layer cooked noodles, ricotti, sauce, cheese mix, shredded cheese, repeat, repeat. Sprinkle last layer with parmesean. Bake uncovered 45 min, let stand 15 minutes.
