Cook turkey, onion, garlic in fry pan, add spaghetti sauce and water to turkey after it is cooked. In seperate bowl combined cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese and parsley. In a 9X13 pan layer, start with noodles, meat sauce, cheese mixture then repeat 2 or 3 times until all ingredients are used. Top with a little mozzarella cheese.
Cook on 375 for 1 hr.
