Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350. Start cooking noodles. Brown meat then add onion, garlic, and peppers. Add spaghetti sauce when veggies are cooked.
Put one cup of meat into a 9x13 pan then top with 3 noodles, 1/3 cottage cheese, and 1/3 meat mixture. Repeat two more times. Top with mozzarella cheese.
Cover and bake for 1 hour, then 15 min uncovered.
