Quick, easy, tasty
1. In 5 qt. saucepan over medium heat, heat oil.
2. Sprinkle chicken with garlic powder, cook in oil until no longer pink, about 5 minutes, turning occasionally.
3. Add broth, heat to boiling.
4. Add uncooked noodles and frozen vegetables, stirring to coat noodles with liquid. Italian seasoning may be added for additional flavor.
5. Heat to boiling, reduce heat. Cover, simmer 10 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally.
6. Remove from heat. Stir in cheese until melted.
Suggested vegetable mix is broccoli, red pepper, onion, mushroom and carrots mix, or can use favorite vegetable mix.
