Layered Cobb Salad

Easy for picnics and looks great in a trifle bowl.


6 c Romaine lettuce; chopped
2 c Cherry tomatoes; halved
3 c Chicken; cooked and chopped
1 Large Avacado; seeded, peeled and chopped
1 Small red onion; chopped
1 c Ranch dressing
1 c Cheddar cheese; shredded
8 slices Bacon; cooked and crumbled

Original recipe makes 16 Servings



In a 3-qt trifle bowl layer the lettuce, tomatoes, chicken, avacado, onions and spread ranch dressing over top to seal. Top with cheese and bacon. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
