A great way to get rid of any extra chili from the night before. It's super sloppy and easy, and the kids love it! A coworker shared this with me, and we use it often for those quick and easy weeknight meals.
Using a casserole dish, spoon enough leftover chili just to cover the bottom of the dish. Start spooning chili into the flour tortillas and filling with any extra ingredients you see fit. I fill ours with a few pieces of fresh tomato and chopped onion. Sprinkle just a bit of cheese on the inside and wrap up your creation. Throw your wrap in the dish on top of the chili. Continue filling and wrapping until you run out of tortillas or space in your baking dish. Once completed wrapping, cover the tops of the wraps with any leftover chili. Sprinkle cheese over the tops to your liking. Place in a 350 degree oven for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve with a dollop of sour cream, green onion, or any other of your favorite toppings.
The messier, the better!
