This is grandma Joyce's recipe for lamb.
Place leg of lamb on a meat baking rack inside of a pan to catch the meat drippings. Salt heavily with salt and garlic salt. Bake covered at 350 degrees, 30 to 35 minutes per pound. Uncover the last 45 minutes. Done when meat thermometer reaches 145-175 degrees. Do not place thermometer against the bone.
