Thin cutlets with garlic and lemon, so easy and so good!
Mix eggs with salt and pepper and parsley
Take cutlets and dip them in egg
Transfer them to breadcrumbs
Heat skillet or pan with olive oil med-low heat
Sear on each side for 3 mins..make sure not to burn them!
After flipping them for a couple of mins throw in garlic into pan
Let cook turn up the heat to med-high
When chicken looks almost done squeeze fresh lemon on them and sear on each side, 1 minute on each side total.
Done :)
Make sure not to burn garlic or turn up the heat TOO high, also don't let lemon seeds get into pan, if so make sure you take them out :)
