This one has a sensational blend of sweet and sour flavours. Its very simple too.
Dust chicken pieces lightly with flour. Melt butter in a stove-top pan or casserole then, over heat, brown the chicken on both sides.
Combine the remaining ingredients except parsley and lemon rind, and pour over the chicken. Cover and simmer 35-40 minutes or until chicken is tender.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and lemon rind.
