Mix cake mix, oil, and egg until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup of mixutre and pat rest in greased 8 x 10 pan. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
While baking, mix cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice.
Remove cake mix and layer cream cheese mixutre on top. Crumble reserved 1 cup of cake mixutre on top of cream cheese and bake another 15 minutes.
