Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
*Mix the first three ingredients together and press into a 9x9 inch greased pan. Bake for 15 minutes.
In medium mixing bowl; beat eggs, baking powder, salt and lemon juice until light and fluffy. Beat in remaining flour and sugar. Pour the mixture into the crust and bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes. Sprinkle powdered sugar on the top to taste.
