lemon pie made with buttermilk
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Beat egg yolks with mixer 4 to 5 minutes. Gradually whisk in sweetened milk. Whisk in buttermilk. Pour in prepared crust.. Bake at 325. For 20 to 25 minutes . Cool one hour. Cover pie with lightly greased(with cooking spray) plastic wrap and freeze 4 to 6 hours.
