Easy low calorie recipe
Mix all ingredients except cod in a small bowl. Heat a small nonstick skillet over medium heat then add fish and sauce. Cook, turning fish once, until cod is opaque and sauce is reduced by at least half. Don’t allow the sauce to completely dry. If necessary add a bit more water and lemon juice.
