150 gram butter; room temp
150 gram Flour
150 gram Sugar
1 1/2 baking powder
3 medium Eggs
1 tablespoon lemon zest
2 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
3 tablespoon lemon juice
1 for icing
0.75 cup icing sugar
3 tablespoon water
0.5 tablespoon lemon juice
sprinkels; to decorate

Original recipe makes 12



1) sift flour & baking powder , set aside.

2) cream butter & sugar.

3) add eggs one by one, beat thoroughly after each addition.

4) add honey, lemon zest, juice & vanilla.

5) fold flour into batter until incorporate.

6) line a 12 muffin or cupcake pan with muffin cases.

7) drop mixture with the help of spoon equaly to muffin cases.

8) bake at 180c until spring when touch.

for icing;

mix three ingredients , make a thick paste. decorate with sprinkels.
