Suggest a better descriptionClean brussel sprouts by trimming off the ends and peeling outer layer of the sprout off. Cut each one in half. Heat oil in skillit, add sprouts and sauté for 7-8 minutes on each side, adding garlic half way through. Reduce heat to low and add lemon zest, juice, salt and pepper. Stir to combine. Add cheese on top and serve.
