Tilapia with lemon garlic flavor
1. Preheat oven to 375 F and add non-stick spray to baking dish
2. Rinse tilapia under cool water and pat dry with paper towels
3. Place tilapia in baking dish, pour lemon juice, drizzle butter, and sprinkle garlic and parsley over fillet
4. Cook till tilapia is white and flakes when pulled apart
