Not your typical cheesecake! A delicious frozen dessert.
1. Dissolve jello with 1 cup boiling water; chill while creaming cheese.
2. In large bowl, cream cream cheese with sugar; add jello.
3. Crush graham crackers in cake pan, mix with melted margarine. Spread for crust; reserve some for sprinkling on top of cake.
4. Whip Milnot on high speed until it peaks. Fold into jello mixture with spoon until mixed. (5 minutes)
5. Pour into crust and sprinkle.
6. Freeze overnight.
Milnot is different from evaporated or condensed milk, so if you substitute do so at your own risk. :)
