Ready in 45 minutes
biscuits crust + custard layer +meringue= nice lemon meringue pie
Heat oven (180 degree)
crush the biscuits in processor with table spoon of butter ,make it as a base in 9 inchs tray put in preheated oven for 3 mints
Let it cool meanwhile ,heat the milk in saucepan with 1/2 cup of sugar until dissolved .add the corn starch which dissolved in1/4 cup of lemon juice slowly with continuce stirring until thickened let it cool. Put egg whites in mixer for 2 minutes then slowly the second 1/2 cup of sugar then lemon zest and the 1/4 cup of lemon juice mix until cook peek .
Put the custard over the biscuit layer then the lemon meringue in oven (200 degree) for 5 minutes or until golden let it cool then in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Yammmy.....
Mixer have to be very clean and dry to make perfect Meringue
