Grilled lemon pepper chicken wings
Shake brine in a plastic bag until salt and sugar dissolved. Place chicken wings in a cover bowl and pour brine over wings. Leave in refrigerator for at least one hour. Remove from brine and rinse then pat dry.
Mix dry ingredients for seasoning mix. Toss chicken wings in oil and then add the seasoning a few teaspoons at a time to desired heaviness. Grill over indirect heat in a 400 degree grill (40-60 minutes for whole wings). Remove from grill and toss in lemon juice.
