Busy people's slow cooker cookbook
In a Dutch oven, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil on high heat. Cut tenderloins in half and cut 1/4" slits all over pork. Squeeze lemon juice onto the tenderloin and sprinkle it lightly with pepper and garlic salt. Brown the meat on all sides.
Spray a slow cooker with cooking spray. Put meat in slow cooker.
In a bowl, fill with the water and add cream of tarter, dissolve. Add the potatoes and let sit for a minute. This will keep potatoes from turning brown or getting discolored while cooking.
Put potatoes on top of meat in slow cooker. Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper and the parsley. Arrange lemon quarters on top.
Cook on high for 2-1/2 to 3 hours or on low for 6-8 hours.
