Aunt Sarah Lyons recipe
In large mixing bowl cream butter and shortening; gradually add sugar, beating well. Add eggs one at a time; beating well after each addition. Combine sour cream and milk; stirring until smooth. Combine flour and baking powder. Add to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream mixture, beginning and ending with flour. Mix until just blended after each addition. Stir in flavorings. Pour batter into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 35 minutes or until wooden toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove from pan and cool. Drizzle with lemon drizzle.
