Another Donna Hay wonder, easy and so nice. Very nice with cream
Preheat oven to 180 deg C (350 deg F). Oil ring tin (with hole in the middle)
Place eggs, oil, rind, lemon juice, yogurt and sugar. Into a bowl and whisk ( use a balloon whisk) to combine.
Sift in the flour and stir with whisk until smooth.
Pour into 24 cm fluted ring tin. and bake for 35 minutes
While cake is still hot torn out onto a plate.
Make the frosting by mixing sugar and lemon juice and pour over warm cake, should set, serve juice with cake and cream. Yum!!!!!
