Lentil Rice Burgers

1 c Quick oatmeal; (uncooked)
2 Cloves garlic; minced,
2 c Cooked brown rice
6 Fresh basil leaves; chopped,
1 ts Salt or to taste
3 c Cooked lentils
1/2 lg Onion; chopped
Cooking spray
1/2 Green pepper; chopped

Original recipe makes 1 Servings



(this makes a lot.) Mix first 3 ingredients tother. Lightly psray skillet with cooking spray and saute green pepper and onion until soft, about 5 minutes or so. Mix into lentil rice comboination and form into patties. Saute in a nonstick skillet lightly coated with cooking spray.
