Lentils with sausage and vegetables
1. Combine lentils, water and salt in big pot, bring to boil, cover and simmer about 30 minutes.
2. Remove sausage from casing and brown in skillet. Remove sausage from pan.
3. Saute onion and garilic in sausage fat.
4. Add sausage, onion, garlic, bay leaf, carrot and celery to tender lentils and continue simmering to desired consistency.
