Very easy to make carrot cake
combine all dry ingredients. Add carrots, oil, and eggs.
turn into a greased 9x13 pan or 2 9" cake pans.
Bake in a 350 degree oven 50-60 minutes in 13" pan, or 40 minutes in cake pans, or till done.
cool & frost with cream cheese frosting.
