add sherry wine and chicken broth to top of chicken mixture, reduce heat to 350 degrees and roast for 40 more minutes.
meanwhile cook pasta according to package directions. when 40 minutes is up, remove pan from the oven and add pasta to pan, tossing well with chicken mixture.
add basil, cheese, and red pepper flakes to mixture and toss well.
