Linguini with Caper, Red Pepper and Kalamata Sauce

Delicious marinara-type sauce, offering a twist on the old stand-by.


1/3 cup Kalamata Olives; sliced
3/4 cup Roasted Red Bell Pepper
1.5 tbls Capers
10 cloves Roasted Garlic
4 cups Tomato Sauce
2 tbls Fresh Oregano
1 tsp Chili Flake
3 oz white wine
3 tbls Butter
1 lb Linguini

Original recipe makes 5



Combine all ingredients in a medium sauce pan and simmer for at least one hour (the longer the better!). While sauce is simmering, boil Linguini according to package directions. Serve sauce over the pasta and enjoy!
