Suggest a better descriptionCook pasta per instructions on box. Saute pine nuts until golden in olive oil, set pine nuts aside.
Saute garlic and pepper flakes for one 1 minute. Stir in spinach and toss over high heat until wilted, 2-3 minutes. Do not over cook or the spinach will stick together.
Drain pasta and put into a large bowl. Add spinach, parmesan, and pine nuts. Salt and pepper to taste
Use kale instead of spinach for better flavor. Add chli oil to garlic while sauting for extra kick
Reheats really well, flavors grow over night
Add bacon as a garnish
