This is a very good dip mix!

"We made this on a recent trip to Bequia, the Grenadines. We had all fresh ingredients purchased at a fresh farm stand. It was excellent (I used fresh Cilantro). I also added a bit of salt. Our only problem was finding plain tortilla chips on such a small island. No problem took the ferry to St. Vincent and bought a big bag full. We are foodies to be sure."

Made this again in Grand Cayman and it tasted great. Great appetizer for a warm climate. Didn't have hot peppers so we added some to sauce. It was great!

Try muddling the ingredients instead of using a food processor for a chunky style dip!

I substitue the jalepenos & tomatoes with 1 can of diced tomatoes with green chillis. Always a snack time hit
