Top-ranked recipe named "Sausage Meat and Spinach Pasta"
Great recipe. Spicy or not to your liking. Translated from french by myself
"This was one a friend pointed out, and I made it expecting it to be kinda bland. However, I found it surprisingly good, and *super* fast. I did add a half shake of both basil and parsley, and I smidgen of garlic powder, not enough of any of it to measure. I also finished the last 2 minutes of my noodles in the pan with the meat while there was still juice left from the bullion, all the flavors mixed quite well."- annietuning

Add sausage meat breaking it up and cooking it until it changes color.
Pour in a cup of bouillon and reduce to combine the flavors.
In a large pot of salted water cook the pasta as per product instruction.
Drain pasta and toss with baby spinach, salt and pepper to taste.
Warm the rest of bouillon and add pasta to skillet.
Mix in the cheese and serve.
The spinach can be substituted with blanched rapinis

cmiu 2 months agoWow, this was pretty good. Flavorful and a very good dish for a beginner to make. Less dishwashing than I thought afterwards.

ZButscher 3 months agoUsed recipe as springboard. For my variation, used Open Nature smoked andouille sausage (4 links); 1 white onion; 1/2 hot pepper; garlic; 1 tbls better than bouillon; baby spinach; 3 tomatoes; penne. Tasters great!

happycookdm 3 months agoI used shallots, celery, fresh garlic and carrots sliced julienne style. This gave dish more flavor. Instead of loose sausage I used turkey sausage and chicken breast. It was very good.
rikki_p_webb 4 months agoThis was DELISH!!! Even my pickiest eater ate it without complaint and even asked to take leftovers for lunch the next day (although he did ask for less green stuff). I added some minced garlic in with the onions and sausage and about a 1/2c of heavy cream at the end. Will definitely make again!!
Holly88 5 months agoThe whole family enjoyed this (minus the spinach for the kids). I used spinach & asiago turkey sausage, 2 tsp garlic & 1/4 white wine. It was a welcome change of mild, not bland, flavor.
