Ingredients

1/2 c Mushrooms; sliced
1/2 c onions, fresh; Sliced
1/2 c water chestnuts, fresh; Sliced
1/2 c carrots, fresh; Sliced
1/2 c Soy sauce
1/2 c celery, fresh; Sliced
4 Servings spaghetti; Cooked

Preparation

Stir-fry vegetables in small amount oil; set aside. Stir-fry cooked dry noodles in oil until slightly browned. Stir in vegetables and soy sauce to taste. Very easy and tasty! I added kale and toasted almonds. My family likes spice so I added red pepper flakes.

I would cut soy sauce to 1/4 c and add broccoli.
