Cornmeal muffins with jalapeño & cheese
Preheat oven to 400 grease 12-cup muffin pan.in a medium bowl, combine the flour, cornmeal, baking powder and salt. In a separate medium bowl whisk together the milk and the egg. Add honey and melted butter. Combine the wet and dry ingredients. Add the jalapeño and cheese and mix until just combines. Spoon into prepared tin, bake for 15 - 18 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
