Cocoa, peanut butter and rolled oats! A delicious and nutritious dip for apples. Give it a kick and asian flair w/curry variation!
Stir all ingredients except oats into small bowl. Once blended together, stir in rolled oats. Transfer to small dip bowl and serve with apple slices. Choose the best cancer fighting apples: red delicious or granny smith. Generally, the deeper the skin color of the apple the more antiangiogenic phytochemicals. The skin holds a lot of an apples nutrition, so buy organic and eat the skin!
Toss your apple slices in lemon juice to keep them from turning brown.
