Suggest a better descriptionCut up chicken breasts. Place in wash made of egg and milk to coat. Remove and roll in flour. Shake loose flour from chicken pieces then fry til golden brown.
Combine soya sauce, white sugar, vinegar, water, garlic and ginger in a sauce pan. Boil for five minutes.
Pour over breaded chicken pieces in an oven proof pan and cook at 350 for 40 minutes.
Serve over rice or noodles.
