1 c Non-fat milk; (skim milk)
1 ts Salt
1 1/2 ts Baking soda
2/3 c Canola oil
2 Eggs
1/4 c Granulated fructose
1/2 c Unsweetened cocoa
1 1/2 c Flour

Cost: $ - Preparation Time: 15 minutes Difficulty Level: 2 - Servings: 24 1. Preheat oven to 350F. 2. Grease and flour a 13 x 9" cake pan. 3. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat just until blended. 4. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 40-45 miutes. 5. Let cool and serve.
