Season with salt and pepper, as desired. Set aside. Combine all ingredients for meat balls. Make meat balls about 1 inch in diameter. Place in a 1-1/2 quart casserole dish. Cover with plastic wrap. Cook in microwave, covered, on FULL POWER for 5 to 6 minutes, or until meat is not longer pink. Turn meat balls over halfway through cooking time. Drain. Pour tomato sauce over meat balls.
