Combine everything except bacon in large bowl. Mix well. Shape into two 6 inch logs on large sheet of wax paper. Lay 6 slices bacon side by side. Set one beef roll crosswise at one end of bacon strips and roll up. Place in 9x13 lined with heavy foil and ends of bacon underneath the loaf. Repeat. Bake at 375 degrees for 45-50 minutes until center reaches 165 degrees. If bacon isn't brown enough, broil 1-2 minutes.
