Pizza crust with 1.7g of carbs! My kids couldn't even tell the difference from regular c rust.

Are you making this?
3 cups shredded mozzarella
1 cup shredded colby and monterey jack cheese
4 Eggs
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
1 teaspoon Basil
chopped vegetables
your choice of meat

Original recipe makes 8 Servings

Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Spread into a 13 x 9 glass pan or a 16" round.

It does not stick to the pan - trust me! We use a glass baking dish - it works great.

Bake at 450 degrees until browned to desired crispness/doneness, approximately 25 minutes.

After you take it out of the oven, add 1/4 cup pizza sauce (or more, if desired and not overly concerned with carbs) and any toppings you want.

Once sauce and toppings have been added, put back into the oven at 450 degrees or under the broiler, just until cheese is melted to desired point.

You can use a different combination of cheeses

This makes a slightly thicker crust, use 4 cups of cheese, 4 eggs. For a thinner crust, use 3 cups of cheese and 3 eggs.

Vary the seasonings - whatever blend you like.

Top with a variety of chopped vegetables, meat such as pepperoni, salami; and/or additional cheese.

Sorry to hear that it didn't work for you. Try using a glass baking dish (i did not originally post using a glass dish). When we've made it we've never even noticed the eggs; in fact, I've caught my kids looking at the crust closely because they thought it was 'regular' crust and didn't believe it was this recipe.

While the pizza tasted pretty good, it ended up looking more like scrambled eggs on my plate. My boyfriend and I are pretty adept cooks, so we made sure to grease the pan beforehand but honestly, it's cheese... It stuck relentlessly and we had to soak the pan overnight.
