Easy and quick to prepare!! Very refreshing for summer days!!
"Easy and fresh. I used baby cucumbers instead of the large. Everyone asked where I bought the salad, no one believed I had made it myself!"
In a salad bowl, sprinkle salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar to sliced cucumber.
Add minced parsley, mix well
Add Reduced Fat Sour Cream, mix carefully
Chill in refrigerator before serving
Note: Sour cream can be substituted by Fat Free yogurt.
jdriemeyer 5m agoThe vinegar to sour cream ratio was a little too high, making it too tart. Otherwise pretty good.
